Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote assistance channels.
Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers, including but not limited to system errors, user access problems, and data discrepancies.
Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in our support ticketing system.
Training: Assist customers with product training and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing our HR software effectively.
Identify, document, and escalate software bugs to the development team for resolution. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.
Participate in software testing activities to ensure product quality and functionality meet customer expectations.
Gather feedback from customers regarding software usability, features, and performance. Communicate customer needs and enhancement requests to the product management team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

• Monthly recognition of revenue and expenses related to Sales and maintenance contracts.
