Moving from the current individual Local Purchase centers to a consolidated group level Local Purchase with Central Procurement Management System supported by new a semi-automated process which will enable better, faster & cheaper sources of products & services.
· MIS (Monthly Information System) – Ford/Honda/GM/LTB includes Inbound & Outbound Shipments and operational activities such as pick/pack, deliveries, stock etc...
· Daily Dashboard on No# Inbound Shipments, line items binned & pending and daily volume picked & delivered.
· Capacity analysis in relation to the productivity and efficiency of a picker and delivery staff
· Time Study corresponding to Volume picked & delivered by a staff.
· Zone wise request analysis corresponding to reduce excessive movement of the staff.
· Daily Peak & Trough Analysis on incoming request from Retail Counter, Workshop Counter and Wholesale in keeping workload balanced.
· Daily Peak & Trough Analysis on incoming inbound shipments for a consistent space occupancy planning for a smooth & quick accumulation of stock received is available for sale.
· Track monthly Branch Stock Count & quarterly Warehouse Stock count in compliance with inventory accuracy & control – Ford, Honda & General Motors.
· Monthly incentive report in line with encouraging employees to perform efficiently which also reward them in specific areas.
· SGA (Selling, General & Administrative) Expense analysis monthly for cost saving opportunities.
