• Complete a pre-trip inspection checklist before first delivery of the day and recording and reporting any defects and malfunctioning
• Take the responsibility of collecting accurate payment from the customers, make change, record transaction on hand held terminal (HHT) and on the printed receipt and submit them at the company
• Obtain feedback from the customers about the products and informing regular customers of new products or services and price changes
• Selecting the most efficient routes in compliance with delivery instructions and fuel policy
• Checking vehicles fluid levels and tire pressure and scheduled any required repairs
• Establishing long-term customer relationships through prompt and courteous service
• Answering customer questions regarding all products, complains and queries
• Communicate customer complaints, requests and feedback to company management
• Submitting receipts and money received from deliveries at the end of each shift.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging according to size or color.
• Answered customer questions about products and services, helped locate merchandise, and promoted key items.

• Loading truck and properly securing all products and items to prevent damage during transportation
• Obtaining signatures needed to complete and process all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist and coordinate with other staff members in preparing the transporting and shipping documentation
• Communicate with clients and drive to their destination as fast as possible
• Maintain the Truck in a drive worthy condition
• Load and unload cargo and record cargo, refuel and clean truck
• Follow all applicable traffic rules and Plan route using GPS system

QUALIFICATION;

• DVLA GHANA COMMERCIAL DRIVING LICENSE
• KUWAIT COMMERCIAL DRIVING LICENSE
• KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA COMMERCIAL DRIVING LICENSE.
