- Review Project Proposals to assure that maintenance aspects are considered in final design
- Coordinate maintenance work between Maintenance & Construction Divisions when services from various divisions are required
- Perform special assignments as directed, utilizing engineering knowledge and experience. Such assignments include work direction to one or more Maintenance Engineer
- Provide technical support and/or work direction to Maintenance Technicians and
- Engineers, ensuring proper maintenance and repair for dependable operation in assigned facilities
- Perform fault diagnosis and difficult troubleshooting & resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems related to MEP works that may arise
- Develop & Follow Preventive Maintenance schedules for all MEP works as required
- Develop method of statements and quality control procedures as per projects requirements
- Develop PM & DM reports as required
- Planning work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
