Review construction and P&ID drawings.

• Experienced and proficient in maintenance of concrete mixers, concrete pumps, light vehicles, trucks (MAN, UD, Mercedes), and heavy equipment (Caterpillar Loaders, Excavators).

• Document precisely the work done and parts consumed in SAP system as per company standards.

• Accomplish monthly aftersales workshop, body shop, and parts target by upselling vehicle identified repairs, services, and bodywork.

• Carry out mechanical estimates in compliance with dealer standards.

• Uphold dealership standards by training new recruiters on internal systems, luxury customer service etiquette, and mechanical and electrical terminology.

• Control workshop load by assigning repair orders to technicians based on skill set to optimize productivity and workshop efficiency.

• Handle customer complaints and create solutions as per customer needs.

• Warmly welcome customers and handle their concerns/needs.

• Manage phone lines and facilitate over 30+ calls per day with clients/staff.

• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customers' vehicles by recovery truck services.
