Commercial Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations with equipment and material suppliers both locally and internationally for RFQs and tenders.
• Represent GIICO in all prebid meetings with clients.
• Serve as the focal point of contact for clients and ministries, including MEWRE and KISR.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities from tender documents, coordinating with clients to understand requirements and sourcing equipment quotations.
• Design well schematics, calculating necessary materials and structural needs for successful well completion.
• Utilize advanced software for Monte Carlo simulations and work breakdown structures to finalize BOQs with overhead and profit considerations.

Managerial & Technical Responsibilities:

• Stand-in for the Wells Department manager, overseeing department operations and training staff on MenaMe software.
• Manage full tender documents from summary to model presentation, coordinating tasks among team members and stakeholders.

Key Projects & Achievements:

• Successfully prepared and won quotations totaling over 994,890 K.D in three years, including significant projects like: Cathodic Protection Wells for CGC, 45 wells for KIPIC and multiple well ESP installations and pull out projects for various high-profile clients.
