It consists of 2 roles, first a physiotherapist where I see variety of mainly musculoskeletal cases and second as an officer of the department where military roles and department improvements take place.

Volunteering

  • Organization Volunteering with India, India, 2019-01, Travelled to Jaipur-India, to volunteer under children program for a week. I had the opportunity to get involved in activities such as teaching them basic English and mathematics, personality development classes. Personality development includes talking about having a positive attitude towards life, self-esteem, manners, speaking and behaving in public and health awareness etc.
  • Trashtag Kuwait, Kuwait, 2019-12, An active volunteer with trashtag since December 2019. I have contributed in some projects where we had the chance to clean and protect the environment with great positive vibes and hopes.

Athleteic attributes

A member at Al Salmiya Youth Centre 2006-2014 participated in many tournaments, mainly soccer and table tennis. Represented Kuwait among +10 countries in table tennis in Egypt, 2013. sponsored by Youth Public Authority of Kuwait. A captain in volleyball team at Longports English institution for 3 years in a row 2015-2017. A soccer referee for a whole season with Saudi club in Canberra 2020/winter season.

Clinical Placements

  • From 2023-2024: Each placement is 5-week long and 1-2 supervisors with at least 6 years’ experience.
  • Within my bachelor’s degree curriculum: I have worked in:
  • 1- Calvary private hospital: served in MAPU ward (Medical Assessment and Planning Unit).
  • 2- Student Led Clinic: Musculoskeletal Clinic where we get exposed to various musculoskeletal cases
  • 3- SprtsTec Clinic: Musculoskeletal clinic with around 7 physiotherapists, 2 podiatrists and 2 massage therapists.
  • 4- Cowra physiotherapy: Rural region, Musculoskeletal clinic.
  • 5- Canberra Hospital: Acute Neurological Ward and stroke unit. mainly Stroke and TIA patients. Also got the chance to get exposed to Myasthenia Gravis, Parkinson’s disease, and MND cases.
  • 5- Neurological Clinic (Parkinson’s clinic): Private Clinic mainly exercise classes for neuro patients with regular assessments.
