• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable Speed Drives as (ICS, GCS, VECTOR III, VECTOR IV and UNICO)
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Switch Boards as (Centerlifit, REDA, Wood group CTI and ESP Allen Bradley)
• Preparation, pullout, run in hole and maintenance of (Centerlifit, WSP and Wood group ESP) down hole equipment
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of surface unit sensors such as (DSS, Smart Guard, PHDT, well lift and Zenith)
• Redelivery inspection of ESP equipment and components are matched and correctly as well service program requirements
• Extensive knowledge of rig floor operations and associated handling procedures and ensure proper handling and storage of the ESP equipment and cable on the rig site
• Start up, follow up and monitoring wells and troubleshooting of problematic wells such as (corrosion, gassy, sandy and emulsion…etc.)
• Erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of transformers and implementing earthling system
• Ensure all activities are executed according to international safety standards and excellent understanding of work permits, job safety analysis, and electrical isolation and comply with all safety rules as company standard requirements.
