I have a post graduate teaching qualification in science and mathematics. I have worked as an assistant examiner with Pearson/ Edexcel examination body for many years and I have relevant experience of marking the GCSE chemistry exam papers. I have a great passion for teaching and has effectively taught Chemistry and Physics to IGCSE levels, to pupils with varying abilities. I have a proven record of working successfully with pupils and getting accredited qualifications. I am familiar with the assessment procedure applicable to externally validated qualifications and National curriculum assessment. I have always acted as a link between parents and the school. I am a role model to all staff and have led by example over the years. I am a dedicated, enthusiastic and honest teacher. I am very reliable and can work effectively within a team. I have good communication skills, strong and effective pupil behavior management skills. I have good knowledge of the policies and procedures within the school and can translate these into effective practices.
