• Record and file events with supporting documents for preparing claims and counterclaims
• Identify and log risks that may arise due to changes in project scope, costs or delays in project schedule and suggest actions and alternative scenarios to manage risks
• Assess delays, choose the optimum delay analysis method for each time extension claim and respond to client’s comments
• Prepare time extension claims using Impacted As-Planned and Time Impact Analysis methods
• Prepare disruption claims if any for the reimbursement of additional costs incurred due to external delays
• Monitor potential claims related to stakeholders meeting contractual obligations
• Collect project documents to follow up project’s status and deviations from original plan
• Review and consent subcontracts before issuing to subcontractors to list schedule requirements and special conditions in supply or installation to meet project schedule
• Write contractual correspondences to client and subcontractors as per project requirements
• Review and evaluate claims from subcontractors and respond according to contractual references

Construction of 7 no. Fresh Water Towers, Khairan

• Prepare Project Baseline in consultation with the project team and Project Manager
• Set the Target Milestones for each phase in the Project as per the Baseline schedule
• Review and Integrate Subcontractors schedule with the Master Construction schedule
• Regular update of project schedule, identify the critical activities and suggest Mitigation Techniques
• Prepare and submit updated Work Program and ‘S’ curves showing the actual progress on site, identify areas of weakness and establish means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities
• Estimate monthly cash in & cash out for projects, calculate actual costs and compare with planned costs
• Prepare & Submit Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports reflecting work progress summary
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between planned and actual progress and study the impact of alternative approaches to work
• Prepare Procurement Tracking sheet, Maintain & Update the records of Equipment/Material delivery on site
• Participate in project meetings with Client and subcontractors as required
• Review and Follow up of Engineering Master deliverable list

Project: Subiya Open Cycle Power Plant (500MW)

• Supervised concrete works and finishing works for General Auxiliary Building, Gas Conditioning Shed, Switch Gear Building, and Stores
• Supervised underground works as electrical manholes and duct banks, sanitary drainage systems, storm and oily water drainage systems, pipe sleepers, lighting pole foundations, as well as pipe and drainage trenches
• Supervised landscape works as kerbstone, interlock tiles, concrete paving and fencing works
• Supervised installing of shelving and racking systems for stores and oil storage areas
• Coordinated between various subcontractors for different works on site
• Prepared daily reports showing progress and quantities of work done on site as well as check lists
• Worked on closing of punch items after project completion

• Ensure that all design disciplines progress as per plan, and verify that scope & deliverables are fully attained at each design submission
• Ensure that all requirements are obtained from client to start the design
• Handle submission of design packages with clients, ensure clients’ comments are implemented, and manage additional client requirements as per contracts
• Lead coordination and design review meetings to resolve design clashes between disciplines
• Prepare and update time schedules for projects, and set milestones for each design phase to meet the project schedule
