• Promote rentals of storage units by competently handling telephone and in-person inquiries and providing information to customers.
• Resolve any customer issues effectively and in timely manner.
• festively utilize computer system to log all transactions and tenant data / correspondence.
• Dealing with withdrawing and depositing goods in cubic meter warehouse
• Contact tenants for issues such as past due accounts, auction notification, concerns with units.
• Complete daily walk thru inspections, checking locks and storage units.

• Minus sale daily report, Wastage report, internal transfer, spot check, shelf tags check, Price change report & shelf tags print.
• Mailing IT and suppliers, all company department, Inventory controller in store, Sales report for each department in store,
• Stock report for each department.

• Welcomes customers by greeting them, in person or on telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, face-to-face
• Booking airline ticket for customers, Fell out visa application for most countries like Schengen visa, make appointment for customers
• Book travel ticket using Amadeus (Galileo) or online ticket.
