- The duties and responsibilities of this job include the following:
Business development:
- Deliver presentation and achieve sales of GB's products and services.
- Maximize cross selling opportunities by pro-actively informing customers of products and services available from Gulf Bank.
- Respond to all incoming customer calls promptly, displaying curtsey and professionalism.
- Meet the bank's high standards of customer service and focus by delivering high quality customer service and exceeding satisfaction goals with every customer contact.
- Raise the profile of GB's products and services.
- Maintain contact with key potential clients.
- Develop other business from customers other than salary acquisition- E.g. deposits, credit cards
Customer Management :
- Quality customer for suitability.
- Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate.
- Answer product queries and provide client reassurance.
- Provide customer service at all stages of sales /conversion process.
- Present and sell bank products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made Identify opportunities to sell additional banking products whilst.
- Cross selling (personal loan, auto loan, credit cards, and payroll).
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional banking products whilst
· Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets.
- Regularly attended training sessions and professional development workshops to refine skills and stay current with best practices in the field
