5. Compliance and Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to inventory management.
• Implement quality control standards to maintain high-quality stock management and minimize losses due to damaged goods.

6. Team Coordination and Training

• Supervise and train inventory team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient in inventory processes and systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, distribution, and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth inventory flow and meet organizational objectives.

7. Technology and Systems Management

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems and ensure staff are trained on these technologies.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends in inventory management to continuously improve inventory handling and reporting.
