  • Some things I have accomplished while working my day to day job, was communication skills with the staff and training. i started as a barista than became the manager of that station. this stations duties consisted of understanding the POS systems. i also was highly educated with the workings of the espresso machine and all the other machines involed in the makings of the coffee. i offend tecahed new hires there way around the cafe. later in i started training new staff in the kitchen and ended up becoming kitchen manager.
