- Responsible for the inspection, operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC/Refrigeration equipment and components to include, split, window, package and whole facility units, chillers and freezers installed in various types of facilities for warm base operations in accordance with the performance work statement.

- Accomplish operational checks and perform maintenance on all central HVAC and refrigeration units to keep them operational.

- Maintained a minimum of 85% of units base wide and a minimum of 75% of units in an individual building shall be kept operational at all times.

- Supervise and maintain a refrigerant management program to monitor and record refrigerant use, storage, and disposal of all refrigerant types IAW Clean Air Act and the OEBGD.

- Responsible for following a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Army requirements.

- Maintain and adhere to applicable technical orders and good commercial practices for all maintenance actions to include: requesting parts, receiving parts, installing, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing Chiller equipment. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
