- Responsible for the inspection, operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC/Refrigeration equipment and components to include, split, window, package and whole facility units, chillers and freezers installed in various types of facilities for warm base operations in accordance with the performance work statement.

- Accomplish operational checks and perform maintenance on all central HVAC and refrigeration units to keep them operational.

- Maintained a minimum of 85% of units base wide and a minimum of 75% of units in an individual building shall be kept operational at all times.

- Supervise and maintain a refrigerant management program to monitor and record refrigerant use, storage, and disposal of all refrigerant types IAW Clean Air Act and the OEBGD.

- Responsible for following a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Army requirements.

- Maintain and adhere to applicable technical orders and good commercial practices for all maintenance actions to include: requesting parts, receiving parts, installing, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing Chiller equipment. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.

- Primary advisor to squadron and wing commanders on morale/welfare/discipline & development f/500+ military/civilian across Luke Air Force Base

- Focal point for recognition & administrative actions

- Communicates/executes commander's vision, policies, goals, mission statement & unit objectives f/enlisted force personel

HVAC/R Shop Foreman/Shop Supervisor: 2016-2020

- Leads 14 military/16 civilian personnel, supported 2.1K facilities/22 launch complexes worth $10.73B on Air Force's 3rd largest base/99K acres

- Directs maintenance for $50M direct expansion air conditioners, indirect expansion chilled water systems/facility heat pumps

- Oversees 2K-asset recurring maintenance program and repairs to gas furnaces, boilers, steam, hot water and radiant heat systems

- Identifies short & long-range facility repairs/modifications; plans/executes projects; integrates customer/mission requirements

- Reads/interprets building plans, blueprints, electrical/mechanical schematics & coords base systems upgrade projects

Military Training Instructor/Technical School House Instructor: 2012-2016

- Administers initial and developmental training in the Air Force's only Military Training Instructor School (MTIS)

- Registers, evaluates, assigns, and conducts remedial training; counsels students in academic and performance areas

- Provides instruction in all facets of teaching and classroom curriculum areas using approved types of methodology

- Researches, develops and prepares lesson plans, visual aids and student materials to produce highly qualified MTIs

HVAC/R Technician: 2002-2012

- Supervises 12 military troops; maintains/repairs/installs HVAC/R systems ranging from 1-ton to 300-tons for 375 buildings

- Oversees safety/HAZMAT/environmental prgms and mandates compliance w/ OSHA, state/federal instructions

- Troubleshoots and repairs relays/pneumatic controls/sensors and Energy Management Control System (EMCS)

- Certified to recover and process multiple refrigerants; compiles equipment data to meet strict EPA directives
