Work with a team of more than 24 nationalities, providing leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to operators and related workers in the performance of their day-to-day activities. Direct and mentor workers in maintenance and repair of roads, pavements, driveways, and walkways. Operate several types of power/heavy-construction equipment. Perform digging, leveling, and grading operations; builds berms, grades roads, levels ground and other similar tasks using construction equipment. Operates heavy paving and surfacing equipment to lay, spread or compact concrete, asphalt, and other surface materials during road construction. Align machines, cutter heads, or depth gauge markers with reference stakes and guidelines or ground, or position equipment following hand signals from other workers. Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, and materials, using crawler tractors, power cranes, shovels, graders, and related equipment. Drive and maneuver equipment equipped with blades in successive passes over working areas to remove topsoil, vegetation, and rocks, and to distribute and level earth or terrain. Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members. Disseminate instructions to workers. Verify work in progress and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct pre-operational checks, lubricate, and refill equipment fuel, ensure equipment records are current, and report any faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences. Ensures equipment is properly always dispatched. Ensure personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focus upon a quality product. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished safely and with a focus on quality.   • All grader, roller, dump truck, bulldozer, and skid-steer equipment operator' licenses are maintained for equipment
