Accomplishments: In my capacity as senior subcontracts administrator for the supply chain team, I have been responsible for leading and supporting a subcontract team that administers 56 active subcontracts with values ranging from $22K to $77M.I oversaw the SCA team that helped the LOGCAP V Iraq Task Order transition from the previous prime contractor effectively. Subcontracts for high priority services were set up quickly despite challenges like the COVID-19 outbreak, a lack of sufficient resources, a lack of responsible suppliers, and a lack of experience in the region. Vendors and the team were successfully brought on board to deliver proposals on time. Between 8 and 20 bids were submitted in response to each RFP. The technical and proposal evaluations were successfully finished on schedule with the help of leadership, program management, and peer collaboration. The team completed all price packets during COVID-19 while working remotely, or 22 subcontract packets in 22 days.

  • Attend various meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, and programs during solicitations and after awards.
