Currently, I'm working as a Brand Training Manager with experience in Managing, Creating & Delivering various formats of training Classroom, On the job training & Online/Virtual. Managed to deliver more than 200+ training specific to Brand, Safety, Health & Safety, Technical, Operational & Management.
At the moment my working is based in Kuwait. In this role Im managing the training activities of 2 markets which are Kuwait & KSA.
In this role, I have gained 5+ years of experience. Main objective is to promote the brand through the delivery of training activities within assigned area, analyzing training needs, sourcing activities, materials, and initiatives, and evaluating training outcomes. Delivering Classroom, on job training & Virtual training activities to all levels of store staff to develop the
required levels of product knowledge/handling, and to
raise brand awareness.
Started as a Customer Service Associate & got promoted as Deputy Team Leader.
Started in Customer Service department as a Contact Centre Associate and later, got internal transferred to Network Operations as a Technical Officer.
In this role i have worked as admin support & Office support.
