Sales Manger
- Selling construction products such as Ready-Mix and Steel, to the different civil and mechanical contractors in Kuwait that resulted in an average 15% increase in overall sales revenue on a yearly basis
- Spearheading a client relationship management (CRM) process and improving customer retention
- Implementing a comprehensive follow-up system for prospective clients to grow the customer base each year
- Monitoring the progress and to provide a detailed sales MIS to the top management on the progress made vis-à-vis with the monthly budget
- Review operations and liaise with the operations and technical teams to resolve the various bottlenecks in its production process and to reduce the TAT
- Monthly face to face review meeting with the Board of Directors to give a detailed review of the P&L of each month which includes brainstorming sessions to increase the sales productivity for the coming months
- Coordinate with the team for payment collections in accordance with the payment due dates and keep a minimum of 90% achievements on the collections vis-à-vis with the target dates
