My experience as a counselor and Head of Student Affairs, combined with my educational background specializing in education and Sociology from the USA and Canada, has prepared me well for leadership. My deep understanding of Kuwaiti culture, gained through work in various international schools, and my strong communication with parents, students, and staff enable me to build trust, resolve challenges, and foster collaboration, qualities that make me highly qualified for the Vice Principal position at BBS.
I was honored as the second-place winner for the Best Idea at the Idea City Conference in Toronto (2006), where I presented a curriculum of common values designed to unite diverse cultures worldwide. This recognition reflects my commitment to innovation in education, global perspectives, and the promotion of shared values that inspire inclusive learning communities.
