  • Maintain Domain Servers, DNS, DHCP, Physical &Virtual Machines (Hyper V/VMware).
  • Manage Exchange Servers 2016. Perform CU Upgrade, Failover for Mailbox and CAS.
  • Monitor Microsoft Azure Cloud (IaaS) as DR site. Deploy, Configure and maintain Compute. Ensure/Test Workloads b/w Datacenter and Azure.
  • Raise Support tickets and follow up for requests.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams and ensures identity replication through AD Connect. Manage AD GPO, Groups, Sites and objects.
  • Maintain File Server ( Storage Replica/DFS). Ensure Healthy replication between the Members.
  • Perform Failover for Hyper V cluster, regular checks and health monitoring for Clustered Disks.
  • Manage SAN Storage DELL EMC ( PowerStore and Unity 400). Create Pools/Volumes and allocate volume. Maintain Zoning for Brocade Fabric switch DS 300.
  • Worked with Microsoft DPM and Dell/EMC Networker. Working with Veaam B/R v.11 and ensure the backups are successful. Create New Jobs, policies and Office Site Backups to Tape drives as secondary repository. Monitor VeeamOne for backup statistics.
  • Create Storage Unit and logins on DEll Data domain 6300as Backup repository for Veeam B/R.
  • Perform Windows /ThirdParty Updates using WSUS/ManageEngine Patch Manager. Testing patches for each OS platforms before applying in production using Patch Manager Test and Approve feature.
  • Manage Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3 for Endpoint AV and antimalware. Ensuring every Node in the network have AV with latest definition updates.
  • Manage Symantec DLP solutions and FireEye appliances for WEB (NX), email (EX), endpoints (HX/HXD).
  • Administer ManageEngine solutions such as Desktop Central for Endpoint Management, ServiceDesk for support tickets, AD Audit plus, Exchange Reporter Etc.
  • Ability to Manage Cisco WSA, ESA and Symantec ASG proxy.
  • Configure and maintain Network L2 switches.
  • Create/modify Access policies for Internet Access.
  • Ensure all the Network devices such as Cisco L2, L3 switches, Wireless Controllers, UPS, IT Server Rooms remain Operational.

  • Coordinate with System Admin team / Database administrator team for any given task or in case of any assistance related with Active Directory or Domain Policy.

  • Monitoring ESET Antivirus Administrator Console and update the report accordingly.
  • Setup the Network Switches and tracing Ports in case of network failure or disconnected.
