• Analyzed and restructured the internal processes for handling the inventory, achieving the 85% reduction in inventory levels. Implemented a robust inventory aging report and clearance strategy that helped me control the obsolete inventory issue for future.
• Improved efficiency while maximizing profitability and minimizing the cost by selecting the best vendors to support the accessories required to prepare the products.
• Redesigned the workflow process, allocated people for their respective jobs and changed the system to 24 hours in shifts which provided efficient and accurate reporting of what came in and what has been issued to floor.
• Re-used the unwanted stock of packing cartons and bags collected from 10 years by old manager by resizing them, which provided the 50% occupied space of warehouse.
