My motivation for applying stems from my desire to actively contribute to the growth of our vACC and strengthen its presence within the global VATSIM network. I have witnessed how well-planned events and consistent marketing efforts can significantly increase pilot participation, attract new members, and build a positive reputation within the community.

As someone deeply involved in aviation, flight simulation, and online ATC operations, I understand the importance of creating experiences that are enjoyable, realistic, and memorable for both pilots and controllers. I believe the Events & Marketing Department plays a critical role in achieving this objective.
