Solar Power Stations Tender and Specifications (2020): Led development of tender documents and specifications for Kuwait's first solar power stations, building team capacity through targeted training and international collaboration with MASDAR City in Abu Dhabi and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park in Dubai to leverage lessons learned.

• Solar Power Stations Tender Evaluation (2022): Conducted comprehensive evaluations of tenders for solar power stations project, ensuring alignment with technical and administrative requirements for optimal outcomes. The technical evaluation format is adapted in other petroleum companies for similar projects.
• Innovation committee (2022- Ongoing): As a member of Innovation Committee, I lead and support employees to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive cost reduction, and increase profitability by fostering a culture of innovation. My role includes developing strategies to streamline operations, optimize resources, and explore new revenue opportunities, while also raising awareness of company’s innovative practices both internally and externally.
• Energy Transition committee (2022- ongoing): As a member of Energy Transition Team, I support KOTC Top Management in implementing Energy Transition Strategy 2050. My responsibilities include developing a roadmap aligned with KPC's vision and values, evaluating new business initiatives, allocating annual budgets, and sharing experiences and lessons learned with oil sector partners to drive successful energy transition efforts.
• Solar Power Stations – Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (2023 – 2024): Overseeing end-to-end process of engineering, procurement, and construction for solar power stations, focusing on delivering clean energy solutions for LPG operations to facilitate 100% of consumption requirements without need of conventional electricity from the state.
• Energy Management Team Leader (2023 – Ongoing): Leading a team of 10 engineers to implement KOTC Energy Management Roadmap in line with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation's vision. Responsibilities include developing management systems, enhancing energy awareness, handling energy-related grievances, and identifying training needs.
• Innovative Environmental Initiative (2024 – Ongoing): Secured budget approvals and initiated a project to plant 1 million m² innovatively for carbon capture. Project scope requires injecting sulfur oxidizing bacteria into soil to overcome PH level challenges in the desert. Working as focal point to manage project between Kuwait Oil Tanker Company, Kuwait National Petroleum Company(KNPC) and Kuwait institute for scientific research(KISR) to merge scientific expertise with engineering practices for best outcome of reducing Greenhouse Gases.

• Construction of Um Alaish LPG Filling Branch (2012-2015): Managed design and construction activities, including installation of piping networks, LPG pumps and compressors, HVAC, and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintenance Contract Preparation and Management (2015-2017): Developed tender documents and technical specifications for a maintenance contract covering all KOTC facilities. Managed awarded contract, introduced concept of green building to KOTC and gained experience across various engineering fields. Recognized by Ministry of Electricity for efforts in electricity conservation.(certificate attached)
• Upgrading LPG Lines for Shuaiba Filling Branch (2016-2019): led and participated in design phase and installation of replacement liquefied petroleum gas lines and carousel systems while maintaining safety and operational continuity during live operations. Mechanical and electrical networks were upgraded to support the kuwait local demand from LPG.
