Research

  • Optimum material selection for impact resistance for bikes, Mechanical Engineering, Improved Carbon fiber processing by choosing the best matching between orientation (Unidirectional, Weave woven, Biaxial) and polymers (polyester, epoxy). Applied hand-lay up processing using a vacuum moulding process. Results: Best solution of the fracture toughness problem with carbon fibre.
  • Improve processing of polymers to get the most optimum mechanical properties, Manufacturing & Design Engineering, Used moulding processing of polymers with the specific activator in a lab. Purpose: Optimize the most appropriate process of PMMA. Result: Nearly to the literature results but significantly discussed why we unable to reach the desired results.

Volunteer Experience

During the Covid-19 problem, I did some pieces like a door opener from my 3d printer and gave about 300 pieces to first row workers to maintain less contact.
