• Project Value : 6,7 Million KD, Construction of 3 11KV Substation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engineering , procurements and construction for the 5 MW substation in GC 17 for kuwait oil company KOC
• Engineering , procurements and construction for the 5 MW substation in GC 16 for kuwait oil company KOC
• Engineering , procurements and construction for the 5 MW substation in APS(F23) for kuwait oil company KOC
• coordination with KOC team to achieving the work progress
• Monitor and directs all site activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters
• Determining and recommending the labour force, material and equipment requirements for a construction of project
• Oversee and direct the construction projects from conception to completion
• Execution of all facets of the construction process Surveying, Earth Works, Concrete structural works, structural steel works, Masonry works, Finishing works(Internal & External), cladding works and water proofing
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Preparation of BOQ’s and work orders, review & certify all types of contractual bills
• Attendance and representation at Project Review meetings, with KOC staff to coronate for schedule plan and resolving any issues

• Project Value : 2.5 Million KD, Construction of Kindergarten

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Construction of a 4500 Sq Mt Kindergarten school at Ashbiliya
• Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Understanding the scope of work, contractual start and finish dates of the different packages and finalizing various contractors for Civil works
• Planning, coordination and control of construction and site activities in order to provide most optimum use of existing resources
• Check the workmanship for all the items at every stage of work
• To maintain all the necessary process & control parameters for ensuring good and high end quality project
• Preparation of detailed estimation of Materials, Time and labour costs of operation project and reconciliation of the quantities.

Engineering, procurement and construction of fire station buildings in KOC on north kuwait & west kuwait

• Client : KOC, Kuwait Oil Company
• Project Value : 35 Million KD, Construction of fire station buddings under Combined Group Contracting Company as Main contractor for KOC

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Civil construction of office buildings,equipment shelters,engine halls,breathing apparatus shelters and rooms ,simulation fire shelters,simulation areas,guard houses ,fire station house etc
• False ceiling,raised floor work
• Acoustic panel installation for Conference room
• Civil construction of pavement roads,landscape area,asphalt roads,interlocks pathways,street light pole foundations and installations,boundary walls and access road etc
• Installation of duct banks ,sleeves for electrical services
• Installation of drainage system
• Installation of fresh water system inside building in coordination with mechanical
• Installation of brackish water system,storm water line and drainage canal in coordination with mechanical system
• Thrust boring for road cutting works for electrical cable crossing
• Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits & approvals from the main contractor .
• Planning, coordination and control of construction and site activities in order to provide most optimum use of existing resources
• Site Inspection & Quality Control as per approved drawings & contract codes
• Check the workmanship of all the items at every stage of work
• Ensuring the implementation of methodology of work to main contractor
