• Coordinate with Evident, Fujifilm, MR Chemie and JME on product selection, technical clarifications, pricing, lead times and customer support.
• Handle bids through CAPT, K-Tender and customer portals, including KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, MEW, MOD, MOI and Kuwait University requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate sourcing, order processing, shipment schedules and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.

• Prepared technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions for mechanical, HVAC, fabrication and industrial engineering projects.
• Evaluated supplier offers, reviewed technical compliance and negotiated pricing; coordinated with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Supervised factory production and delivery activities with teams of approximately 15-20 personnel, coordinating material availability, quality and project schedules.

• Supervised mechanical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and material requirements.
• Prepared schedules, technical reports and engineering estimates; supported quality control, NDT inspection activities and project handover.
• Contributed to projects for Al Rajhi Bank, NCB Bank and Al Baha Municipality.
