Teaching English as a foreign language has always been an interest of mine due to my experience of teaching in the Middle East where English is a second language. This course allowed me to enrich my skills in regards to classroom management and lesson planning. I also learnt how to teach language skills and grammar and how to incorporate engaging activities to promote learning. TEFL 5 provided me with valuable cultural sensitivity training allowing me to communicate better with both students and fellow teachers.
