  • Helping to bring a new affiliate operations manager up to speed, on managing the companies inhouse products, how to manage daily quotas with affiliates and analysing the key aspects of affiliate KPIs for lead quality.
  • Focusing the companies ever growing email marketing list, on new products for re-marketing revenue.
  • For this a new email platform, Smartfocus, was onboarded.
  • Liaised with two sets of technical teams for Smartfocus API integration with Mediaplan CRM, for real time email trigger activity, and behavioural segmentation.
  • Continued activity on sourcing new products with3rd parties, for affiliate lead generation in excess of £20,000 revenue per month.
  • Negotiating commission rates, and the creation of new non-existent financial verticals for the UK market, B2B and B2C, for lead generation with new partners.
  • Managing the transition for3rd party products that performed well, into inhouse products for the Mediaplan CRM, and connecting buyers with the relevant individuals in the company to take that relationship forward.
  • Occasional re-negotiation with certain key3rd party product partners, to keep Mediaplan as the preferred supplier.
  • This would include monthly quotas and commission paid for revenue.
  • Liaising with technical and design individuals on building new, branded landing pages, and integration for any new products we wished to test or build on.
  • Researching and reporting on the latest performing products and traffic channels, that are currently doing well in the affiliate marketing space.
