• Lead the Implementation of video guided theatre donning and doffing model which has been successfully implemented in Jaber Hospital.
• Lead the COVID-19 Surgical Department policy making and operating protocols.
• Contributed to various projects that aimed to find PPE alternatives during COVID-19 pandemic due to the low supply (e.g. industrial production of face shields, utilization of Scopa diving masks for operating theatres and local production of COVID-19 testing booth)
• Represented the surgical Department in its successful initiative to digitalize inter and intra hospital paperwork in an attempt to establish an environmentally friendly workplace and cut the related costs (2017-2018 )
• Co-Founder of Mubarak Al Kabeer hospital initiative for the malpractice insurance policy and the successful foundation of such coverage with the leading insurance company in Kuwait (2018)
