Offshore and HEMS role for Kuwait oil and gas industry on KOC contract.

Managed workforce of operational base who formed part of the Shell Petroleum offshore oil and gas operations, including their recurrent training requirements and other regulatory compliance. Took part in strategy and planning with maintenance and engineering team, towards planning and scheduling of aircrafts for timely service and maintenance, thereby ensuring aircraft availability for operation at all times. Monitored and assessed aircrew performance and trained crew members to improve ability. Conducted regular meetings with customer management and formulated policies for safe operation. Being Head of the Safety Action Group raised statement of cases and followed up with review board for implementation.

Managed base operations at east coast of India for various contracts including Reliance petroleum. Organised and conducted meetings with clients to ensure safe operations.

Independently handled base operations , administration and accounts. Carried out all flying duties. Sent periodic reports and returns to head office. Submitted monthly revenue regularly.

Initial training at Indian Airforce Academy.Carried out varied flying in operational bases, low intensity conflict areas, forward bases, high altitude, mountain and desert. Trained in special roles like forward air control, scout role etc. Successfully completed different appointments as officiating Station commander at SU base, independent operations at Kashmir as detachment commander for active operations. Various administrative assignments taken up as adjutant of Squadron with around 1000 personal. Completed course at college of Airwarfare on weapon employment. Took early retirement after twelve

years of service at rank of Squadron Leader.

Created new Brand and developed customer base from start in a highly competitive market. Implemented innovative methods like door to door delivery system, welfare and private subsidy support for local farmers. Managed and developed a set of motivational workers in a very challenging atmosphere. Created and operated between period 2004 and 2018.

Wellness centre with physical training team for Yoga and Ayurveda. Started and developed business between period 2005 and 2017. Handed over.
