• Main Job responsibilities:
• Design and upgrade the MW-network for 5G based services and improve the network KPI
• Supervise and support the technical teams for the deployment for backhaul transmission -network
• Design Microwave link budget
• Optimizing design for off load the hub sites.

• National Bank of Kuwait: Microwave backhaul project,
• VIVA LTE project (STC)

Job responsibilities

• Processed material submittals and requests for information.
• Analyzed and prepared necessary documents to support change management process.
• Monitored project budget and schedule and checked project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.
• Supervised office staff for administrative processing and review of contractor progress payments.
• Configurations and commissioning of transmission links for ongoing scopes.
• Conduct the device upgrade of equipment to support the latest licenses and soft-configuration
• Identifying and Escalating network risks

• Ordered and tracked delivery of site Equipments and supplies from vendors.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate progress ..
• Applied engineering principles to troubleshooting and followed up on defined corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
• Identified and resolved potential configuration issues.
