• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers (of CNC Machinery) to ensure the acquisition of the most efficient, best priced, and optimum quality CNC machines, in order to maximize plant efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Division regarding any required materials, as per production needs
• Plan, direct, and monitor assigned department compliance with International Standardization Organization (ISO) procedures, company policies and applicable standards
• Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with the Human Resources & Administration Department and assist the Plant Manager on all recruiting activities
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct management pertaining to Plant’s activities and any issues that may arise
• Assist in conducting annual employee performance appraisals of the Plant employees & Provide feedback on their performance to enable staff development.

• Follow up the quality of the production process with the Supervisor and lead the operators to get over the obstacles and troubleshooting
• Prepare the daily report for production Manager and monitor the utilization and the efficiency
• Check and manage the preventive maintenance Schedule with the Maintenance team leader For best Of time Utilization
• Report the DMR (defective material report) for the damaged or defected Raw Material that affect the Productivity.

• Design and Review the Bill Of Material for the Cast, Plastic Molds and Sheet Metal Dies, also for the Equipments that used in production
• Imagine and Design the machining process sequence for every single piece of Mold/Die using AutoCAD 2&3D program
• Design and implement the needed Wire-Cutting program using Edge CAM program
• Design the various Punching programs needed for Sheet metal using CAM (Campath) program
• Achieve and implement the Department ISO-9001 procedures and documents.

• Discuss the plan with the planning department and daily efficiency of production
• Solve the troubles on the line directly and improve the Assembly ways for saving time
