• Planning and scheduling of all major activities of the project to achieve timely completion of the project.
• Responsible for all contractual issues.
• Responsible for managing staff / labor in the project.
• To ensure the timely submittal for all project submittals and obtaining approvals from client / consultant as per CCS.
• Study the project specifications and project conditions in order to submit for materials approval, samples and shop drawings.
• Preparation 'As built drawings' to get the approval from all concerned authorities such as MEW – MOC – KFD in order to get power supply connected.
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with condition of contract, specifications, general specifications, contract drawings and BOQ.
• Finalize material orders as per contract specification with suppliers for different systems (electrical & low voltage systems).
• Provide all approved materials for installation work ahead of the requested time of installation.
• Prepare the monthly payment report for all works executed and material delivered to site and approve the same from the Consultant's Engineer.
• Study all variation work orders and submit the cost variation details.
• Familiar with quality control procedures for all types of electrical installation works, by following the regulations, code of practice and the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, etc.
