• Working On ERP System - JDE “Oracle” in the Receivable and Sales Cycle.
• Develop credit policy and procedures.
• Cash flow protection: ensuring that your cash inflows are always higher than your cash outflows so that you can pay your bills and employees on time.
• Create and calculate a commission system for the sales department .
• In coordination with sales managers and central trade credit, assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers and make recommendations on credit limits.
• Develop and then periodically review credit limits for all credit customers.
• Work with legal department to initiate legal proceedings and resolve disputes as required.
• Control receivables (Co-operatives & super markets) including collection.
• Follow up collection with bill collectors & customers based on the aging report.
• Reconciliation of the customers’ accounts.
• Ensure that credit sales must be within approved limits.
• Monitor and report any deviations from credit agreements.
• Follow up cash accounts (Cash accounts for sellers).
• Prepare the following reports at the end of each month:-

Aging report

Monthly sales to each customer

Black Listed customers

Monthly report showing the cash sales, credit sales

Monthly reports showing the collection / customer wise

Customer profitability

Top 20 outstanding customers

• Working On SAP System
• Control receivables (Co-operatives & super markets) including collection
• Keeping track of Credit, Cash Invoices
• Monthly Report of Missing, Blocked & Cancelled Invoices
• Monthly Make commission of Salesman & S.V
• Banks Transactions & Reconciliation’s
• Recording customer’s general ledger
• Follow up payments and Preparing Late payments of customer report
• Process monthly accounting procedures including payroll, customer reconciliation, cash flow, etc…
• Preparing journal voucher
• Posting of Cash Receipts
• Posting of Debit & Credit Notes, etc….
