• Collaborate with multiple contractors and internal stakeholders to design and implement an optimized design, balancing efficiency, aesthetics, and minimal operational disruption.

Lothan Hospital

• Manage contracts and oversee tender processes for hard and soft services, including development of specifications, documentation, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple domains including evacuation, fire safety, and waste management, enhancing operational standards and compliance.

Platinum Health Clubs

• Conduct comprehensive asset and spatial inventory management for hospital and accommodation facilities, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance planning.
• PM of the renovation and systems upgrade projects across the multiple facilities of the GYM at four different locations in Kuwait.

Energy Conversion and Transportation System Project

• Investigate opportunities to build energy conversion stations on the US-Mexico border wall.
• Perform solar thermal analyses and utilized thermal energy storage systems.
• Research and evaluate new materials, components, and processes for use in solar thermal engineering projects.

• Conduct multiple academic studies and presented reports to MOHE officials and university leaders.
• Contribute to policy discussions and educational initiatives.
• Assist to organize the 2019 annual conference for 4,000+ students and 100+ guests.
