Assisting and coordinating with Managers all levels of store management to ensure the execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness Standard, Scheduling on all units' parts.
Assist and conducting daily pre- shift meetings and nurture positive working atmosphere
Assisting and Estimate in ordering & receiving of products and items from the respective suppliers maintain inventory to Control costs and minimize wastages
Ensures that every staff is following the proper standards, food handling, grooming & hygiene in the Restaurant
Using proper security and verification procedures when handling food products and equipment is, maintaining safety awareness and safety Records.
Organize regular and Efficiency meetings with management to discuss about sales updates, issues on all Business Operations.
Completes All administrative requirements i.e.; daily/weekly/monthly as well as other necessary reports to support the Executive Team
