BIM DUTIES :

• Incorporate incoming information from the client team
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D, Navisworks and Various BIM systems with knowledge in Revit.
• Production and development of road design using Civil 3D as BIM platform.
• Ensure project information model (PIM) are delivered in accordance with agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol.
• Understand design sketches and particulars supported by engineers and utilize them to upgrade models.
• Coordinate and manage BIM project setup, project data sets and workflows.
• Acknowledge and retain the past of BIM specific lessons understood during the project to make certain upcoming designs do not replicate.
• Participation in preliminary and detailed design of roads & highways in both rural and urban environment.

TECHNICAL DUTIES :

• work for civil engineering projects, roadway geometric design including design of intersections and interchanges, roadside safety analysis, design of pavement marking and signage, traffic staging design, and quantity calculations.
• Location of existing services and proposed relocation of existing and future reservations and impact on right of way.
• Prepare composite drawings and check the possibility of clashing between the services as per the given reserves and conditions.
• To coordinate with all the other services for clash analysis and problem solving.
• Collection data to prepare drawings for existing site conditions.
• Defining the typical cross section to support the road design and development.
• Worked and completed various projects encompassing planning, traffic, and parking layouts.
• Prepare storm water and sewage plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Working to import and export GIS data from Civil 3D using shp files.
