• Stay Dry International, Abu Dhabi, 06/2011, 08/2011, I worked as a technical consultant for Stay Dry International, Abu Dhabi (UAE). I developed paints and construction field products and formulated handover to them for start to commercial production and standardized their existing products. Powder wall putty, Thermoplastic coatings, waterproofing coatings, Tile adhesives & tile Joint filler, etc. worked as a technical consultant for various reputed industries in Kerala state. Like Nero Paints, Dolphin Paints, Reckon Paints, Hi-power Coatings, Jet Paints Triton Paints, etc. all these companies are manufacturing pants and some companies also manufacture construction field products. Weekly visits, as per the schedule of all these companies for standardization of their existing products. Give guidelines for developing new products as required. Attend sales meetings collect feedback from market people, and give suitable suggestions according to their requirements. Check up on all laboratory records related to product quality and assist them with required processes and Procedures for improving quality and simultaneously reducing the cost of production. • Abron Paints MFG: Pvt.Ltd, 2009, 2011, Worked as a Technical Director. I commissioned this project independently. Successfully did this job within the stipulated time. I was fully in charge of production and quality control for entire products which are manufactured like Interior and exterior emulsions, Primers both water and solvent bases, wall putty paste and powder, roof paints, sanding sealer, water seal, & waterproofing paints. Also, I was responsible for raw material selection, raw material procurements, inventory control, and cost reduction; gave instructions to the factory manager for day-to-day activities, guide the production manager and chemist for new implements and active involvements in day-to-day activities of the entire factory works. Technical class given to 20 sales executives and solved their problems related to quality if any. Develop unique products and introduce them in the market within a scheduled time. Visit the market frequently along with the sales manager and collect suggestions from dealers about the quality of the product and modify as soon as possible if required. Every month attend sales meetings and call production staff meetings to maintain the quality of the products.
• Amcos Paints Pvt. Ltd, 2003, 2009, Amcos Paints is an ISO-certified company, manufacturing all types of paints and construction field products like Primers both solvent and water base, water base enamels, interior and exterior emulsions, all types of putties, Cement paints, waterproofing compounds, crack filler, tile adhesives and joint fillers. Road marking paints, tile coatings, floor paints, pavement tile coatings, epoxy coating, polyurethane finishes, etc. In this company I was the head of all departments like production, quality control, administration, Sales, and accounts dept: I undependably and successfully commissioned this project. It was a 5-crore project and this company has 3 manufacturing divisions in different districts with 100 Km distance. I manage these three divisions with the help of subordinates. My responsibilities were product design, raw material selection, production, quality control, Training of 30 salespeople, administrating all factory staff and workers, and instructing all division managers of the company. Coordination of all division heads and gives guidance to them for routine work. • Chaitanya Paints Pvt.Ltd, 1999, 2003, Chaitanya Paints is a professionally managed company with ISO accredited. Manufacturing all types of water and solvent base products. This company has two manufacturing divisions within a 15 km distance. I implement this project individually. Eruct of machinery and launch the product in the market. I was the head of production and quality control including factory administration. Developed paint products and introduced the market as per customer’s requirements, involved day-to-day activities of all departments and directory reported to the Managing director. Conduct painters meet in all districts and give suitable answers to their questions. Interactive with all dealers and architects. Every month attend sales meeting give technical classes to all marketing peoples. Active participation in industrial trade fairs conducted by state and national industry organizations. Make technical specifications of each product and make brochures, guidelines given to advertisement agencies. Active involvement in Research and development work, giving guidelines to laboratory chemists checking all records daily, and maintaining them as per BIS & ISO standards.
• Ellora Paints Pvt.Ltd, 1995, 1999, Worked as a senior manager production & Quality controller and my duties involved product design, product development, production, quality control, and administration. Evaluate the quality of the daily production and testing as per BIS standards. Guideline to Laboratory staff for maintaining the quality of the products. Conduct painters meet, technical class given to all marketing people, every alternative month visit to the market and collect feedback and understand competitor’s strategy of the business. According to that find out new sales policy adopt to increase the sales volume. Cost workout along with inventory control for better prospectus of the firm. Try to understand labor problems and convey to management to sort them out immediately. Implementation of new work procedures to achieve maximum production with zero wastage.
• Rajdhoot Paints Ltd, 1992, 1995, Worked as a Deputy Manager P & Q.C. I was in charge of Production and Quality control. Main routine work was raw material analysis, maintaining all records related to BIS and Government. Factory administration, purchase, maintain the quality of the product, and try to reduce the cost of production without changing quality parameters. Day-to-day activities of the factory directly reported to the General Manager Technical and Managing director. Moreover, attended complaints from the market and found out the cause and remedies immediately and reported to the marketing manager and sales executives respectively.
