Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers at the kiosk, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance with remittance transactions.
Sales Generation: Actively promoting the company's remittance services and products to walk-in customers, aiming to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's remittance products, exchange rates, fees, and other relevant information to effectively assist customers.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to money remittance and financial transactions. This includes verifying customer identification and adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.
Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash transactions, ensuring the security of funds, and maintaining appropriate cash levels at the kiosk.
Transaction Processing: Efficiently processing remittance transactions, including sending and receiving money, filling out transaction applications, and providing customers with receipts and transaction details.
Problem Resolution: Addressing customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively, including resolving transaction discrepancies and providing refunds if necessary.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of transactions, customer information, and daily sales reports, and ensuring proper documentation for auditing purposes.
Kiosk Maintenance: Keeping the kiosk area clean, organized, and presentable to enhance the customer experience.
Promotions and Marketing: Implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract more customers to the kiosk.
Reporting: Providing regular reports on kiosk performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to management.
Training: Participating in training programs to stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and product knowledge.
Security: Adhering to security protocols and procedures to protect the kiosk and its assets from theft or unauthorized access.
Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other financial products or services offered by the company, such as exchange of currency notes
Customer Education: Educating customers about the benefits and features of the company's services, as well as any promotional offers or loyalty programs.
