· Responsible for compliance with applicable specifications and standards, ensuring the site team executing the work as per latest approved shop drawings and material and focus on completion of work within project budget and time frame schedule.

· Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for their expenses.

· Review requests for changes and if outside the scope of work, submit to estimate of man-hours, material, and any impact to schedule.

· Responsible for safe, technically accurate, and cost effective HVAC system designs.

· Preparing Job register which includes preparing Final Bill of Material & budget cost for the project for management approval, Shop drawing logs, and Material submittal logs.

· Research, design, fabricate and install HVAC equipment’s to meet clients requirements in both small and large projects

· Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards

· Handle procurement activities related to contracts and floating the enquiries, selecting the equipment as per the specifications and negotiating with the manufacturer for the equipment and sub-contractors in accordance with Company policy & procedures.

· Preparing material requisition for issuing of Purchase orders of all related equipment’s. Regular follow up with supplier for in time delivery of equipment’s & accessories

· Material Estimate & Preparing Bill of Materials. Preparing weekly report for project status & regular fallow up with material Transmittals. Update Progress as per project schedule, provide input for monthly progress reports.

· Supervision for HVAC Shop Drawing preparing which includes Plant layout showing equipment location, equipment installation details, ducting & piping layout, equipment’s schedules.

· Preparing the checklist regularly as per completion of work and supervising with consultant for the final approvals of checklist and handover the location to client

· Submission of Pump head Calculation and External static pressure Calculation before ordering the equipment’s.

· Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all contract requirements.

· Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and monitoring the installation of chilled water pipes as per approved shop drawings and standard details.

· Final close out documentation related to submission of As-built drawings & settling of final accounts with main contractor.

· Responsible for handling the entire process of project turnover starting from project initiation to the delivery stage.
