Nehaya Sadaqa is the Sr. Administrative Assistant to the Director of International Relations and Strategic Partnerships (IRSP) at Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science (KFAS). Originally from Amman, Sadaqa graduated from Al-Tejaria high school, and improve her capability by attending many courses and programs and securing many certificates. After graduation, Sadaqa worked as an administrative assistant at the International Centre Group for Food Staff for four years, and Mezzan Holding Company for another 4 years undertaking an import and export range as well as major secretarial and administrative duties. Her superior office support resulted in Sadaqa being promoted to Lead Administrative work, where she works directly under the head of the Directorate for thirteen years. Her previous experience assisted Sadaqa in resolving several major internal conflicts in the department and was able to apply her technical writing skills to make key editions to company standard operating procedure guidelines. As a result, she has been credited with overall team satisfaction.

Reporting directly to IRSP Director, Sadaqa has worked with public relations, general services, Communications, and other departments to develop improved management systems for calendar planning. Logging activity and keeping an open channel of communication within and between departments. Her efforts have resulted in a clear increase in facilitating the achievement of goals.
