  • AUB-KFH Credit Card Migration, 09/01/23, Present, Orchestrated the AUB-KFH Credit Card Migration project by collaborating with vendors and card schemes to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively arranged meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, and tightly monitored scope, cost, and timelines, ensuring the project can be delivered within the original schedule and budget.
  • Card systems Rebranding, 07/01/23, 02/29/24, Spearheaded the rebranding initiative for a high-traffic card payment system, comprising of customer enrollment screens, card application processing and boarding, E-commerce portals, Customer notification, Card statements, Card and PIN Personalization, Internal APIs, Mobile and Internet banking screens., ensuring zero downtime and full regulatory compliance.
  • Migration of 3DSecure service provider, 03/01/23, 08/31/23, Migrated Bank's 3DSecure service provider from Broadcom to WIBMO by facilitating the smooth implementation of multiple projects with the ACS vendor, Card Management system provider, and Card schemes within the set financial budget and strict 6-month time frame, achieving seamless transition with zero downtime.
  • Card Tokenization and Wallet Implementation, 07/01/22, 02/28/23, Engineered a card tokenization and digital wallet solution and certified the card host system to be compliant with the card scheme interfaces like MDES and VTS and thus enable provisioning of a token to be used in lieu of a card. The project also enabled the Bank's customers to add their cards to third party wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The project spanned across multiple vendors, card schemes, third party service providers and testing facilities like FIME/UL.
  • Instant issuance of renewal and replacement cards and PIN selection, 11/01/21, 11/30/22, Spearheaded the development and implementation of an instant card renewal and replacement system, reducing processing time by 50% and enhancing customer satisfaction by enabling immediate PIN selection and card activation.
  • Card Chip Platform Migration, 04/01/22, 07/31/22, Facilitated development, testing iterations and ensured certification completion. The project ensured changes to the card personalization systems, host security modules and Public key infrastructure to support the issuance of cards on the new chip platform while maintaining 99.9% system uptime and compliance with global payment standards.
  • Accounting Automation, 01/01/21, 10/31/21, Card transaction processing involves stages like authorization, clearing, settlement & reconciliation, fraud monitoring & chargeback. This process of settling the dues with the card schemes was being handled manually by the accounting and reconciliation team within the Operations department. The primary objective of project was to automate the complete process wherein vouchers were prepared by extracting transaction details from clearing files received from card schemes. This vouchers were then automatically processed on the Bank's host system for Finance department to disburse the funds to settle net outstanding with the card schemes. My role was to coordinate the development in multiple iterations wherein components were delivered to the end users for unit testing and their feedback was used to add user stories to the backlog which was taken up in upcoming iteration.
