- Management and Supervision of Civil & Electrical Works related to High & Medium Voltage Power Cable Projects . This Includes :

• Cable Route Survey, Trench Excavation , Blinding Concrete , Concreting Work for Joint pits ,Link Box pits, Concrete Ducts , Cable Sealing End Foundations & Installation of Precast Concrete troughs.
• Cable laying Work of Power, Earthing & Fiber Optic Cables.
• Meggering , HVDC Testing Works.
• Backfilling Works including installation of Sand Cement , Concrete Cover Tiles, Protection Net & Warning Tape, Watering and Compacting.

- Preparation of Master Time Schedule of the Project.

- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for the Manpower and Site Activities.

- Preparation of BOQ and Quotations.

- Prepared budgets by estimating materials, labor and construction costs.

- Responsible for Supplying of all Necessary Materials to Job Site.

- Recording & Calculation of the Monthly Salaries of the Staff in Site.

- Co-ordination with all Parties in the Project ( Client, Main Contractor , Sub contractors ) till it is Handed over and Issuance of Final Certificate.

- Follow up Work for Issuance of the Safety License and Excavation Work Permit from different authorities .
