• Managed the end-to-end project related responsibilities efficiently by being involved in coordination activities for various projects by leading a team of 50 (direct and indirect members); defining project scope, budget, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Responsible for all project deliverables and baselines including schedule, cost and revenue budgets and cost forecasts from PO award through contract closure.
• Identified the areas for improvement and plugged in the loopholes, pitched the ideas to top management while evaluating vendors’ performance and cost pertaining while leading the execution of various mechanical packages. Participated in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and providing technical inputs.
