Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze vast datasets related to student enrollment, course registration, and academic performance.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Argos Reporting Tool and Power BI that showcase key data findings and provide actionable insights for academic planning and decision making.
• Implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of registrar data, complying with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in academic planning initiatives providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making regarding course offerings, faculty workloads, academic schedule and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate data using advanced SQL queries to facilitate data-driven decision-making by university administrators and academic departments.
• Assist with registration audits and degree audits to ensure compliance with academic requirements.
• Learning and building processes for automating the business requirements using Laserfiche which is a process automation and Document Management System (DMS).
• Constantly updating technical skills on PL/SQL, Business Intelligence concepts and striving to learn new skills and tools needed in the field of Data Analysis and for process automation.
• Provide training and support to staff members on data management tools, reporting techniques, and best practices in data analysis.

Project Description:

Burgan Bank is a leading bank in Kuwait. The project deals with generating BANKS reports based on SAP BO (WEBI). This helps the business people for good analysis based on the information generated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Key member of the successful migration of the Core Banking System.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements from various departments like Retail, Loans, Liability & Operations, Treasury, FCG, Credit Risk etc.
• Led the development and implementation of the Credit Information Network (CINET) system, covering loan and credit card portfolios, in addition to various complex reports such as Client Position, Treasury Cash Flow, P&L, Basel files, Provision reports, Currency Position, and Account Statements.
• Developed and designed visually appealing and interactive data visualization dashboards using Qlik sense that drive action within the business.
• Developed and maintained ETL (Extract, Transformation and Loading - INFORMATICA) jobs to automate system by extracting the data from multiple source systems like Oracle, Flat files etc.
• Communicating with the Business team, giving clarifications and resolving the problems.
• Development of Advices and Certificates using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Logging of defects found during execution and tracking the status using HP ALM tool.

Project Description:

This project deals with the content management of Apple’s Support sites. It helps the business team to manage the support sites on the launch of new Apple products with ease. This is achieved by customizing the content management tool – Oracle WebCenter Sites (Fatwire) based on user’s requirement. Project involves important modules like Bulk Approval of assets, TBM, TBR, Site To Site Copy, Static Publishing, Page layout etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding Business requirements of AppleCare
• Prepared ERS, Design, Development and Deployment Document
• Developing POC of the requirements for presenting demo to onsite manager
• Involved in creating asset model, templates, publishing, asset associations and customizations of Fatwire components
• Created custom attribute editors providing rich user interface for flex attributes
• Customized attributes of Basic assets in asset edit screen
• Communicating with AppleCare Business team, giving clarifications and resolving the problems
• Analyzed and fixed defects raised as tickets in RADAR and Espresso
• Used various tools like JMeter, Java Melody for load testing
