I had been working as Quality Control and Quality Assurance personnel in Construction projects for more than 18 years of experiences with MNC’s for EPC Projects . 33/132/220/400kv Substation buildings ,Switchgear building ,Integrated Security buildings ,Gathering Center in Middle east countries Kuwait and Qatar. Currently, working with Enshaat Al-Sayer General Trading and Contracting as a QA/QC inspector South Kuwait Excavation, Transportation & Remediation project (SKTER-ZONE III). I have expertise in construction management of Oil/Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Plants.

• Field Inspection’s: Inspection of all Civil Quality control activities as per Inspection and Test Plan and Raising of Inspection Notifications at various stages.
• Witnessing of concrete pouring to ensure Quality concreting.
• Inspecting the All-incoming materials prior to use in site.
• Conducting Compaction tests for all tank, structure and heavy Equipment foundations as well as backfilling by Sand Replacement Method (Field Density Test).
• Material receiving inspection and the client for approval in line with the project specification.
• Routine checking of daily activities on site as per approved procedures.
• Witness daily concrete cube crushing test.
• Any violations found in the sites have been recorded and highlighted to the execution team to prevent or avoid rework.
• Raising the Non-Conformation Report for any violations against specifications and approved drawings.
• Ensure the equipment’s used on the site should be calibrated on time and have the valid calibration certificates.
• Monitoring of Contaminated Soil Treatment process on daily basis and coordination with client for Inspections.
• Ensure proper storage of structural materials to avoid corrosion.
• Co-ordinate with all disciplines (MEP) to avoid reworks.
• Inspection for GCL, GDL.
• Inspection and testing for HDPE liner.
• Preparing Punch lists for all civil works prior to final handover.
• Ensure all punch lists must be attended, and it should be approved by the clients too.

• Maintaining all Quality Control related documents.
• Maintaining records of Quality Control activities and Quality Assurance.
• Maintaining Calibration Records of all instruments used in the projects.
• Maintaining the soft copy of Documents for future reference.
• Preparing final Documents for hand over.
