• Screen passengers, crew, and airport personnel to a recognized international standard using WTMD and physical search techniques within terminal search areas.

• Responsible for overseeing screening of passengers, crew, and airport personnel to meet international standards using WTMD and physical searches within terminal search areas.
• Supervise screening process of all baggage and equipment by X-Ray.
• Ensure access control is maintained for individuals entering restricted zones.
• Manage access control into restricted zones and maintain landside/airside barrier.
• Uphold company Standards of Excellence when interacting with Diplomatic passengers and foster positive relationships with Government Agencies.
• Provide prompt and accurate information on any incidents to Senior Supervisor.
• Monitor staff daily, identify and report any breaches or incidents to Terminal AVSEC Senior Supervisor.

Responsibilities as LEAD SUPERVISOR to manage meal breaks for ASOs and supervisors, assisting with passenger divestment, and serving as flow walker. Communicate with MOI as needed, ensure staff attendance, and complete supervisor checklist reports. Monitor each lane at CSA (Central Search Area) for accuracy, rotate staff at correct intervals, brief staff on job procedures and updates, and ensure compliance with G4S uniform policies. Perform duties at L3-Provision2 machine, including calibrating machine, directing passengers, operating machine based on gender, and conducting physical checks if concealed items are detected.

Additionally, acted as G4S Dispatcher for Departure gates, assigning teams as needed, assisting supervisors with issues, and coordinating meal breaks with MOI dispatcher. At end of shift, I hand over lost properties to CSA and verify Supervisors' paperwork for each gate.

• Make sure passengers do not board airplanes with anything that could be used as weapon or made into one.
• Perform tasks such as bag search, pat-down searches and monitoring passengers as walk through metal detector.
• Be courteous and professional to passengers in fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.
