• Negotiated with Engine OEM to secure a 100% RBS Kit discount for Leap engines, resulting in savings of approximately $15M.

Basic Function and Scope:

As Vice President of Engineering Reporting directly to the CEO/Accountable Manager Responsible for overall management, authority, and control of the engineering and technical functions, ensuring continuous compliance with Kuwait Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (KCASR) and company standards.

As Head of Engineering, I reported directly to the Accountable Manager and was responsible for the overall management, authority, and control of all engineering operations, continuing airworthiness, and aircraft production activities.
