With 25 years of exceptional experience in the aviation industry, I have built a distinguished career marked by transformative contributions to Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering. As Vice President of Engineering at Jazeera Airways, I oversee strategic operations encompassing fleet expansion, continuing airworthiness, and technical functions, ensuring the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation of the fleet.
My expertise spans complex engineering projects, including Hangar and workshops setup, aircraft delivery, retrofit programs, fleet optimization, and technical asset management, from induction to customization and operational readiness. With a strong focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency, I have consistently driven improvements across diverse fleet portfolios, aligning with international standards and the Kuwait Civil Aviation safety regulation.
In my role, I have also directed the entire lifecycle of aircraft leasing, including technical evaluations, compliance with lease terms, and seamless fleet induction. As CAMO Post Holder, I led the establishment and management of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), and Part 145 departments, ensuring ongoing airworthiness and overseeing maintenance programs and strategic planning to maintain fleet reliability and compliance. This included driving the development of processes to integrate both departments into the broader operational framework of the airline. My leadership extended to fostering high-performing teams, promoting collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, and leasing partners, and driving a shared vision of safety, excellence, and operational success.
With a passion for driving operational efficiency, strategic asset management, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, I continue to focus on fostering innovation, safety, and excellence in the aviation sector.
