• Experience in Huawei Cloud Operation based on X86/ARM, Fusion Compute, Fusionshpere Openstack, Oceanstor Dorado/9000, eSight on IaaS environments.

• Planning and Configuration of Server, Storage and Network Resources sizing, consolidation, virtualization, and thin-provisioning.

• Hands on experience of deploying Centralized and Distributed Storage – File System, Block and Object along with concepts and administration.

• Linux (Centos/SUSE/Euler) operating system, system tools, bash scripting, hardening, administration.

• Pursue design deliverables for infrastructure projects including HLD/LLD and technical migration guidelines, within the context of projects, emerging technologies and forecast demands for infrastructure.

• Experienced with Automation as per requirement using CURL, Shell Scripting and Web Interface API’s.

• Experience in virtual machine deployment and management, cloud orchestration, service instantiation and cloud analytics.

• Experience with Python and configuration management tools like Ansible, chef, puppet.

• Deep understanding of the telecommunication market and NFV/SDN Architecture, standards, technology and use cases of NFVI, VNFs and MANO.

• Hands on experience of networking concepts and administration (L2/L3 configuration, SNMP, SR-IOV, Access, Trunk, VRRP, M-lag, Stack, Eth-trunk, Inter VLAN communication).

• Hands on experience with clear conceptual understanding of Openstack client like Nova, Neutron, Glance, Cinder, Keystone, Horizon, Ceilometer, Heat, Magnum and Ironic.

• Analyzing the expansion requirements along with limitations for cloud environment.

• Planning and Configuring of Huawei Server, Storage and Network Resources like E9000, Rack/Blade Servers, OceanStor 5500/Dorado/9000, TOR/EOR/CE Switches.

• 2nd Line Support on Global onsite or remote system integration projects of Ericsson OSS-RC different version on HP x86 Blade Servers.

• Node Integration of OSS RC and O&M of OSS application ONE, SMIA, PDM, FM, CM, TSS, CIF, CEX.

• Knowledge of OSS Fulfillment architecture/solutions/processes. Focus on Service and Network Inventory and Service Provisioning.

• Performing cross-functional analysis in collaboration with Design, Optimization, Configuration, Tier2, Project and Region Teams to ensure a comprehensive and effective functioning of operations as per agreed SLA/WLA.

• Develop and evaluate the root cause for Incidents and provide corrective recommendations to improve the network performance and KPIs.

• Understanding of OSS RC environments with integrated environments OSS Masters, UAS with Citrix, O&M infra servers.

• System Administration procedures including managing local disk devices, managing file system, managing user account/role installing and removing packages and patches, managing system processes and perform necessary techniques for troubleshooting Centos /SUSE Linux environment.

• Hands on delivery experience, solution understanding and ability to quickly adapt and learn new solutions delivery.

• Performing Operation & Maintenance of mcRNC and IPA2600 RNC and ensuring rectification of Fault Occurred via standalone OMS in RNC NetAct.

• Responsible for fault troubleshooting & KPI issue handling in mcRNC & IPA2600.

• Real time monitoring of Network KPI's and troubleshooting which includes hardware, parameters and configuration for Nokia network elements.

• Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaint.

• Coordinating with different teams such as Core and Transmission core for resolving network level issues and handling customer escalations.
